Number of copies to print keep defaulting to 12 copies why?
 

The file was emailed and saved however anytime we try to print the number of
copies always defaulted to 12. Can anyone provide a solution?

Have you tried setting the numbers of copies to 1, saved the file and
reopened? What is the number of copies now?

Is there a lurking subroutine playing games with you?
