Default If value matches criteria, return formula

I'm creating a calculator that returns a value based on a set of criteria.
One example: scores below 0% should return X value, between 0-10% should
return Y value, scores greater than 10% should return Z value. X, Y and Z
represent 0% of max, 50% of max and 150% of max respectively. Any ideas?
