Combo box showing row number only
I have a spreadsheet where I have placed a series of combo boxes. Each one
uses "Sheet 1" A1:A23 as a reference and places the value in a linked cell. However, instead of giving me the value, it places the row number in the linked cell. Could someone tell me how to fix this. Thankyou in advance Mike |

You used a dropdown from the Forms toolbar.
You can either replace that dropdown with a combobox from the control toolbox or you can use another cell to return the value: =if(x99="","",index(sheet1!a1:a23)) (where x99 is that linked cell) Skeletor wrote: I have a spreadsheet where I have placed a series of combo boxes.
