Data Validation - On_Error messaging

G'day everyone

Is there a way of side-stepping the default pop-up when an error is found in
validation and replace it with a vbYes/No alternative.

So, if someone enters in-valid data they have the opportunity to add it to
the validation list and having a "Take 2" at it...
