Greetings,

I need help with the following

Country\Date Jan09 Feb09 Mar09 Apr09
EUR 10 20 50 90
AUS 5 25 98 10
CAN 1 56 10 32

What formula do I use to look up for the value of a country and the date??
(eg. value of AUS in Feb09)
