Need reference for max and [#this row] function

I have a spreadsheet where I use the function =MAX(Table1[[#This Row],[12:30
PM]]-1,0). I can't remember where I found the information to create this
formula but I think it was from the Microsoft site.

Hi,

Why not use regular references. However, I'm not sure what your questin is
- do you want to know where you found this example?

I don't remember where I found this example. When I look up max function it
gives no information about the -1,0 option. I would like to learn more so I
can create my own functions.
