how do I add round to a IF statement
Why not add this to the end of your other thread, rather than start a
new one? People reading this will not have a clue what this refers to. Anyway, a function cannot change the value in a different cell, so you will need to put the ROUND( ) function in cell C8 if that is the one you need to change. If C8 is a cell where you enter data, then the data will over-ride the formula. Perhaps you can use Data Validation on that cell to restrict it to the number of decimal places or integer values that you wish. Hope this helps.
