Per Excel, RSQ will proved r^2. You can review using Excel help for RSQ.

Excel output (Trendline and Regression tool) uses upper case R for curve fitting with either a single X variable or multiple X variables. Many statistics authors use lower case r for the single-X-variable situation. Excel's Help uses lower case r in descriptions of the RSQ and PEARSON functions.
