Change the cell's format to Text (or precede the entry with an apostrophe...
it won't print and the entry will be text). -- Rick (MVP - Excel) "newbie101" wrote in message ... Everytime i type in 9 - 2 it automatically changes to 09- feb. i changed the number format to general but it keeps changing back to custom. how can i fix this? |
