Default #NAME Error message

I have a client using Excel 95 and when he open my workbook - Excel 2007 he
gets the error message #NAME, can anyone help with this problem.
Campatibility issues.

Default #NAME Error message

There are several functions enabled in XL 2007 that are not available in
previous versions. The common ones would be SUMIFS or COUNTIFS. You will need
to change these if you want to use on a previous version.
