in excel, pressing shift+ctrl+arrow no longer works? any idea why
these keys have worked in the past. Could it be that I turned it off via
some option inadvertently? your help is greatly appreciated. |

In Excel 2003: Tools | Options; open Transition tab and unselect "Transition
