Send keys from command button

Can someone help? Ive got the following code thats been placed into a
command button on a user form. The send keys dont seem to work.

Private Sub CommandButton2_Click()

Shell "C:\Program Files\ACT\act.exe", vbNormalFocus
Application.SendKeys ("%fde"), True

End Sub
