Sort Excell cells that have each their own Validation criteria
Hello all of you,
I have a few cells that I want to sort (Data - Sort...). Each cell has, in my case, its own Validation criteria (Data - Validation...). The cells are sorted on their value indeed, but the Validation criteria belonging to the cells are not moved along with the cells (the Validation criteria say in the same location). How can I sort cells including their Validation criteria? Thanks for your help. All the best, Victor P.S. Formatting seems to be moved with the sorted cell |

Hi,
I don't think you can do that without code, and I suspect somewhat tricky code at that. You might give us examples of a couple of the Data Validations you have applied, it might give us some other ideas. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
