Forgot Password on a sheet and tab - how do I copy and paste

OK, my bad. I have an excel 2003 spreadsheet that I protected some of the
content within. I forgot the password - how do I copy and paste the tab or
content so that I can use the data again?

Hi,

Insert a new sheet in the WB and then copy the range of data from the
protected sheet to the new sheet. The new sheet will not be protected.
