Data Validation-pick from dropdown and next cell auto fills in inf
 

I am trying to set up a spreadsheet where when I pick an option from the drop
down, the next cells auto fill in the info for the next few cells based on
what I pick in the drop down menu.

What I am trying to do is set up a thing where I pick food that I am going
to eat and when it is picked from the drop down it automatically fills in the
calorie, carbs etc. information.

Does anyone know how to do this? Is there a formula I have to use?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
