I'd like to get in a third sheet differences -( thatis what is not in first
or second sheet.Can excell do that and how?

Too vague to venture any meaningful guesses. Illustrate clearly with sample
data what you have in Sheet1 and in Sheet2. And then explain what you want
to drive out in Sheet3.
