Relationship between number
 

In the table below, as A2 changes from 7% to 8% in A4 so would the
values in B and C. Note that B2 and B4 are 4.5% great than A2 and A4.
this relationship needs to rename constant.I need the values for
B5,C5, and C6
all the location where I have put the ?

How do I go about solving this by using a formula,
