Formula:- =IF(T3<=R3,"No","Yes")

Could some please tell me how to make the yes turn red in the cell. I am
using excel 2003

Hi,
Highlight the column where the yes and no are, then conditional formating,
text that contains enter "YES"

Hi Clare

Select the cells to be formatted; Choose FormatConditional
Formatting..Select 'Cell Value Is' and enter 'Yes' and select a color
