Default how do you have 2 criterias be picked up in a lookup?

How do you highlight rows where it meets 2 criteria.

Highlight the row where
1. Column A equals 10
AND 2. Column B is Greater than 0.25

Do you do some type of lookup/conditioning formatting rule to get it to find
the rows that meet both criteria.
