Rearreng Manualy in Pivottable
Hi,
Select a row field cell that for an item you want to rearrange, then move your mouse along the border until you see a four-headed arrow, then drag up or down. Maybe an easier way is to select the item at the location where you want the first item places and type its name, spelled exactly the same. When you press Enter the selected item will move to this second postion and that item will shift down one line. For example, if Florida is in cell F10 and you want it in F3 where Alabama is, click on F3 and type Florida. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
