Default SUMIF, IF ?

I have this formula:
=SUMIF($B116:$B124,"V",S116:S124)

In Q116:Q124, I have various numbers, such as 1300, 1400, 1500.

What can I add to the above formula to get the result for only the rows that
have 1300 in the Q116:Q124 range.

Thanks,

Steve
