CAn IF compare two cells?

I would like to compare cell C3 to C2. If C3 is the same as C2 then mark it
as DUP else goto next line and repeat the action. Compare C4 to C3, etc.

Out this in D3 and drag down as far as required

=IF(C3=C2,"DUP","")
