Can I replace data in all sheets in a workbook at the same time?
 

Select sheet1.
Holding Shift key select the last key using mouse; which will select all
sheets.
Now select all cells (click on the left top region of row/column header) OR
select all cells
Hit Delete

But be careful, if the sheets contain formulas the sheets behind the first
one clicked may take on the formulas that relate to the first sheet!
