Conditional Formatting - Times

tHow can I work out using conditional formating that this employee is double
booked with the time scheduled falling in between a current workshop he is
already scheduled at? I have one colume called Scheduling conflicts which I
want to have a formular that comes up red when an issue has occured.

Employee Name Date Scheduled Start Scheduled End
Bates, Jay October 6th 9:00:00 AM 5:00:00 PM
Bates, Jay October 6th 12:00:00 PM 1:30:00 PM

Conditional Formatting - Times

Tell us how the data us set out
Hopefully, the name is in one column, the start time in another and the end
time in a third
If the times are stuffed into one column they will be text and very hard to
work with
best wishes
