Validation Data and Looking Up Cells

I have created a table that has the following information (example)

Category Contractor Address1 Address2 Phone Number Fax Number Estimator
Plumber AA Alex Rd. Batl., MD 301-333-1111 202-121-1212 John
Roofer AC Beta Rd. Balt., MD 301-121-1212
202-121-3333 Mary

From this table, I have created a list using validation data, that I can
pick out a contractor for "Plumber" from the list.

When I pick a name from the drop down list, I need the corresponding address
, phone number, etc., to show up in next columns, next to the name I have
elected from the list. For example:

AB Alex Rd. 301-333-1111 202-121-1212 John
Balt., MD

[I need the two line address to show up stacked in two rows, and phone
numbers and the rest show up in one row]

Thank you,

Fred
