Is there a function that I could use when I have a check box for 1 or more
options and I only want the select option to show and make the other hidden, especally when printing. Example I have the choice of Small medium Big X and I check the Big and only want to show when printing |

medium Big X You could do it just as you've shown, using a "X" character and then hiding the unselected items with conditional formatting. i'm tagging on to this question as i need to do the same thing on my
spreadsheet....hide rows based on a value in a field, like x or 1 "T.
