getting rid of blanks

Is there a way to automatically remove blanks from my colums of text data. I
want to remove the blank cells and move the others up without having to
select the cells, then delete and answer the question Shift Cells Up?

Thanks

Try this to delete in one shot.

Select the range/column.
Press F5.
From Goto window select blanks
OK will select all blank cells
Now Right click CellsDelete

OR

if you dont care about the order
Sort the column
