Test whether formula in cell is an expression or a number/text

Is there a test criterion for use in conditional formatting of a cell that tests simply whether the formula in the cell in question is 1) a number or text (i.e., is "hard coded"), or 2) is an expression (which evaluates data and produces a result? TIA Fred Holmes |
