You could write a vba program to do it, but its not clear if each room is in a separate column or in one cell to the right of a service. This would also be an issue for a formula approach. You might want to look at a pivot table, then you could filter on service and show only the rooms for that service. Rooms in the column area and data area, Service in the row area. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
