Day Off Formula

Dear ,

I am looking for a formula that allows me to know the following :

Since we started the company i have employees who never took a day off
per week

I want to pay the day off for them 1 day per each starting from their
joining date till this day

I need a formula that gives me the total days that should be
considered as a day off 1 day per week

Best Regards

Hi Tia

With Start date in A1
=INT((TODAY()-A1)/7)
will give you the number of complete weeks from their start date until today
