sorting with custom data
 

I have multiple columns of data and my first sort by is A to Z, then by a
custom list that is by size - xs, s, m, l, xl, 2xl, 3xl, 4xl. The sort
request does not always respond to the custom size sequence. It will sort by
2xl, 3xl, l, m, s, xl, xs. I do not understand why. I do not get a prompt
that ask to sort as text or as numbers. How do I get it to sort multiple
columns with a custom? Where do I select to sort as text or numbers? How do
I get it to do repeat sort without re-selecting all the settings? Thanks in
advance.

Use a helper column with numbers beside the size column and sort ..
