formula that would do the work for me instead of clicking in one by one .... Hi,
Select the project codes and sort in ascending order. Then use Data Subtotal (Count would be selected by default). Now after each code, the count would appear. Select the range of codes and press F5 Special Formulas. This will select all the rows with formulas. Press the delete key.
