Hi I have the following situation:

Proj Code
EF420
EF430
EF431
EF432
EF439
EF442
How do I add a row after each change of project code on a given spreasheet.

Hi,
you can add at the bottom and then sort it in ascending order or you can
highlight let's say the row where EF430 is right click in the mouse insert

Hi Eduardo i have a hudge spreadsheet so i was looking for a quick format or
formula that would do the work for me instead of clicking in one by one ....

worksheet function (Formatting)
 
Hi,

Select the project codes and sort in ascending order. Then use Data
Subtotal (Count would be selected by default). Now after each code, the
count would appear. Select the range of codes and press F5 Special
Formulas. This will select all the rows with formulas. Press the delete
key.
