How do I link this to my spreadsheet, it gives the current date and time

For Date - press the CNTRL key and the ; key at the same time

For Time - press the CNTRL key, SHIFT key and the ; key at the same time

I dont need the current date & time, I need the date & time already
formulated in the cell not to change. ?????
