Can I delete the data and keep formulas for a whole worksheet?
 

I keep records of individuals donations for our church . I want to close out
the worksheet for the past year and delete the information but keep all the
formulas for compulation of this years data. Can I do this easily?

Select the range ...then press function key F5...click on Special and select
constant.

Hit the delete key ..

hi
press the F5 key. this will bring up the goto dialog
click the special button at bottom left. this will bring up the got special
dialog
check the constrants options.
click ok.
this should highlight all of your data but not your fomulas.
press the delete key.
data gone. formulas still there.
