Multiple variable lookup tables

I have to effectively do a lookup table on more than one variable
group and product code. I have a lookup table this is an extract.

Group Product code Long Name TTG fee currency
BRH Futures LEUR 3 MONTH EURO (EURIBOR) 0.03 GBP
BRH Futures LST 3 MONTH STERLING 0.03 GBP
BRH Futures CBO 30 YEAR TREASURY BOND 0.24 USD
BRH Futures CTN 5 YEAR TREASURY NOTES 0.24 USD
BRH Futures CBRP BRITISH POUNDS 0.22 USD
BRH Futures FCE CAC 40 FUTURE 0.17 EUR
BRH Futures CCD CANADIAN DOLLAR 0.22 USD
CTSL C CORN 0.24 USD
CTSL LCO CRUDE OIL BRENT BLND 0.08 USD

I wish to bring back the info in the TTG fee column - any ideas?

use the index function, this function will allow you to select the
lookup cells/value's and the column/row it must look for a match. It
will return the value of the intersecting cell.cgrin

Cheers

Multiple variable lookup tables

I have a slightly different query now.

This is a sample of my table

FTSE LEUR LESF
BRH Futures 0.03 0.03 0.03
CTSL 0.04 0.04 0.04
GH Kapital 0.06 0.06 0.06
Northern Spark Trading 0.04 0.04 0.04
James Sullivan Group 0.05 0.05 0.05
TDT 0.04 0.04 0.04
Triniti 0.03 0.03 0.03
Paragon 0.03 0.03 0.03

If I wanted to look at FTSE for BRH Futures is it best to do a list:

CTSL FTSE 0.04
TDT LEUR 0.04 etc

If the top way is easier - how would I do the formula?

Thanks for all your help so far.
