how do I reverse alphabetizing?

once a list of names in a column is alphabetized in EXCEL, how do you reverse
the alphabetizing to add more info?

What do you mean by "reverse the alphabetizing"? If by "alphabetizing" you
mean the data is sorted on the name's column, then why not just add your
data to the bottom of the existing data and then sort the worksheet again?
