Excel 2007 overwriting Hidden Rows
Hi There - Hope somebody can help me. I have new pc with MS Office 2007
installed from manufacturer. In Excel 2007 when I filter on particular rows and wish to change their value and copy that down through the other filtered rows I find that it also overwrites the "hidden" row values. I got my install disks and ran repair and no joy and then did an uninstall and reinstall but still no joy. Can anybody help please? -- Fionn |
Excel 2007 overwriting Hidden Rows
Thahnk you Roger will try that but if you could remember patch location would
be great -- Fionn "Roger Govier" wrote: Hi Fionn There is a patch for fixing this problem, but i can't remember it's location at present. In the interim, don't use Autofilter. Remove Autofilter, then choose Insert tabTablemy Table has headers. Use the dropdowns that are automatically created in all Tables Apply Filter, make your change and copy down. -- Regards Roger Govier "Fin" wrote in message ... Hi There - Hope somebody can help me.
