Cell protection short cut button
 

I am using 2007 now insteat of 2003. I cant find a short cut button to lock
and unlock a cell. There was one in excel 2003 but as yet I can't find it in
2007. I know I can go into Format Cell and protection but I like the short
cut button.

You can add it to the QAT -- right-click any command & select Customize QAT,
select All Commands from the top dropdown, scroll to Lock Cell, and click
Add. Now it appears in the QAT.
