Data validation (lis) question
I have a column with 210 rows and I use a data validation list to input the
data. But there are 2 problems with that, 1 is that the text (font) is too small, 2 there does not seem to be an autocomplete function with this. Is there any way around this? |
Data validation (lis) question
Hi,
As regards the auto complete function, I have a similar solution but not exactly what you want. Please refer to Question 44 on the following link - http://ashishmathur.com/replies.aspx -- Regards, Ashish Mathur Microsoft Excel MVP www.ashishmathur.com "Patrick C. Simonds" wrote in message ... Data validation (lis) question
A DV list dropdown font cannot be changed from the 8 pt. default and there
is no Autocomplete with DV Workarounds here. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlDataVal08.html#Font Note the link to instructions for overlaying the DV with a Combobox so Autocomplete becomes aavilable.
