Analysising data between sheets

Hi

I am trying to pull data from one sheet to another and analyse it.

I need to place in cell Sheet2!F5, the sum of Sheet1 Column E, where
Sheet2!B5 is contained in Sheet1!ColumnD and Sheet2!A4 is contained in
Sheet1! Column A and Sheet2!C5 is contained in Sheet1!Column C

Is this possible please
