=AVERAGEIF('BK Data'!V6:'BK Data'!V73,"=*Y",'BK Data'!S6:'BK Data'!S73)
when I use this formula in 2003 version it returns the value Name, but when i use it on 2007 it is fine. D |

Did you look for AVERAGEIF in 2003 help?
You will find it does not exist.................2007 function only.
