File extension *OUT.XML

I would like to be able to search and retrieve files with have not just an
XML extension, but to be able to just see just the files that have the
extension *OUT.XML.

I end up with all of the XML files in the folder at the moment. I just want
to narrrow it down.

File|Open|...Type in *OUT.XML and hit enter will filter down to the required
