How do I export multiple lines of data from a pivot table?
I am trying to use pivot table data outside of the table and I when I drag
the info from one line to the next, the pivot table information stays constant. I would like it to pull from B2 to B3 to B4 and so on instead of b2 to b2 to b2. |
How do I export multiple lines of data from a pivot table?
Hi,
In Excel 2003, on the Pivot table toolbar, go to Toolbar options Add or Remove buttons Pivot table and select Generate Getpivotdata. This button will now appear on the Toolbar. When you click on it, it will turn off formula generation. In Excel 2007, this option is found in Excel Options Formulas -- Regards, Ashish Mathur Microsoft Excel MVP www.ashishmathur.com "Pluff" wrote in message ... Excel 2007 PivotTable
The automatically generated GetPivotData() formula refers to only one PT cell and its references are not incremented when you drag the cell down. Edit the formula for use in an external array this way: http://www.mediafire.com/file/mt3dmm...03_17_09a.xlsm |
