Pivot Table formating
 

I have created several pivot tables and used the auto formatting function. I
would like to alter the formatting and preserve it for the next time I
refresh the data - but I cant get the new formatting to "stick". Can you
help?

Right click on any cell in PTPivot Table OptionsUNcheck AutoFormat
TableCHECK Preserve Formatting

Thanks, that helps €“ but I have found that the €œformat painter€� function does
not work very well in getting the format of the pivot table to €œstick€�. If I
do one row at a time, it works better.
