Default VLOOKUP - I think...

I have four coloums of data surname, date of birth, surname, date of birth
and I need to highlight / pick out the duplicates?
What's the easiest way to do it please?

Duplicate surnames, duplicate date of births, or both? Duplicate in the same
column, the other column, or both?

Excel 2007
Highlight, pick out duplicate columns.
