how can I convert numberic value to text in english?

I have try the different function to convert number to text. But still
unsuccessful. Even though I'm using the BAHTTEXT and TEXT(value,
format_text). Maybe TEXT(value, format_text) can be use, but I have no idea
what to put in "format_text".
