I need to remove all the data in a woorksheet whithout removing the formulas
in Exel 2007. I want to use the woorksheet for a new year

Press F5
Click on Special
Choose CONSTANTS
Click OK
Press Delete...

You may want to preserve titles text as well.

Uncheck the option "Text"
