Yet another question about my timesheet

So, I have the formula to round my time entered...but is it possible to enter
the time into the cell with the formula to round the time? I'm trying to make
a timesheet, and can't figure out how they could input their time, and it
would automatically change to the correct rounded time.

Yet another question about my timesheet

You enter the actual time in cell A1 and cell B1 contains you're rounding
formula?

They want it to be within the same cell - enter into A1 and it converts
automatically within the same cell. Could it be a conditional formatting
issue?

No.

If you were to do it as you say, how would you ever know if you made a
mistake? If you do it the way I suggested it will be easy to spot any
mistakes.
