How do I create a list that will copy the entire row?

I need to create a list that will copy all data that is linked to it (from a
row). I have been able to create a list but only to a column.

How do I create a list that will copy the entire row?

If you enter this formula in A1 of Sheet1
=INDIRECT("Sheet2!R1C" & ROW(),FALSE)
and copy down column A (to A2, A3, ...) then you will get the values of
row 1 of Sheet2....
Is that what you want?

If you just want to copy the values in row 1 of Sheet2 then you can copy it
and
choose paste special-Transpose after right-clicking in A1 of Sheet1

If this is what you wanted then press the ''''YES'''' button (if you see it)

Hi,

It is not clear exactly what you want. But suppose you want to take the
entries from sheet2 row 1 and put them in a column on sheet1. Enter the
following formula in cell A1 and copy it down as far as needed:

=OFFSET(Sheet2!A$1,,ROW()-1)

or you can array enter this formula:

=TRANSPOSE(Sheet2!1:1)

To do this one select a range of the size you need in Sheet1 Column A, Say
A1:A20. Type the formula but don't press enter, instead press
Shift+Ctrl+Enter.

If this helps, please click the Yes button.
