Hi,
Try, Data, Edit Links (in the Connections group), Startup Prompt, Don't display the alert and don't update automatic links. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button. Shane,
I tried this. Same problem. The spreadsheed points to a not available file share. The cells still shows "value". Hi,
Please check the names defined in the workbook. Do you have any names which evaluate to errors. -- Regards, Ashish Mathur Microsoft Excel MVP www.ashishmathur.com "Alain Schneiter" <Alain wrote in message ... Hi,
Click on Ctrl + F3 to see if you have any names which evaluate to error values I.e. #DIV/0!, #NUM etc.. Delete these names. -- Regards, Ashish Mathur Microsoft Excel MVP www.ashishmathur.com "Alain Schneiter" wrote in message ... Hi, Can you please explain a bit more what you mean. Hi,
Nothing like that in there. Any other idea? The file should not update the content as this is pointed to external not reachable files or fileshares.
